RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At DESTONE: we stand behind the quality of our jewelery. If you happen to receive a product with manufacturing defects or if you have received an incorrect item, we offer an exchange.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

• Please initiate the process within 2 days of receiving your shipment.
• Contact us at (+91) 9662223807 or via email at destonejewels@gmail.com.
• Include pictures of the damaged or incorrect product.
• Reports of damaged or incorrect products made after this 2-day period won't be eligible for exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES

• The product must remain in its original, unused condition.
• Keep the original tags and packaging intact.
• Provide a proof of purchase.
• Products showing signs of usage won't be eligible for returns.
• Once we receive the damaged / tampered / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. You will receive the returned item within 10-12 working days.
• Customized and sale products are not eligible for exchange.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE

• Choose between exchanging your product for an item of equal or greater value.
• Opt for a credit note valid for 6 month from the date of issue, allowing you the flexibility to shop at your convenience.

50% LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY

• Enjoy the flexibility of upgrading or exchanging your jewelry at any time with DESTONE’s 50% lifetime exchange guarantee on all purchases made directly from us.

• Flexible Exchange Option: Exchange your DESTONE : product in pristine condition for store credit, equivalent to 50% of the product’s billed amount. Note - Upon exchange if the product is in an acceptable condition then you receive store credit.

• Example: If you purchased a DESTONE piece at an MRP of INR 10,000 and wish to exchange it, we will deduct only 50% of the purchase value (INR 5000). This leaves you with 50% (INR 5000) to purchase another piece. If the product was discounted, we will consider the billed amount at the time of purchase.

• Customized Pieces Consideration: For customized pieces, the exchange eligibility depends on whether the design aligns with our aesthetics. Each case is assessed individually for exchange consideration.

• Store Credit: Utilize your store credit immediately or within 3 MONTHS from the exchange. Your DESTONE account will be credited with 50% of the invoiced value of the exchanged jewelry.

IMPORTANT NOTE

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Domestic orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Please allow addresses in remote domestic areas one or more days for processing. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any govt. interventions or natural causes, etc.
• If you have a specific delivery date, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
• Domestic shipping is complimentary for prepaid orders, while a ₹150 fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We offer worldwide delivery under a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) arrangement. Shipping charges for international orders are determined based on your country of purchase and will be calculated during the checkout process.
• Please be aware that the prices displayed on our website do not include any applicable import duties.
• As the recipient of the order, you are responsible for covering any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your residing country.
• To ensure the release of your order from customs upon arrival, these charges must be settled at the time of delivery.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

• You will be notified of the shipment tracking number(s) when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• Please visit the courier partner website specified in the mail and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
